Lindsey C. Pesek
Ms. Pesek is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Northwest Arkansas office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including construction law, real estate, and mortgage servicing. Prior to joining Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bobby E. Shepherd of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She is recognized as a Mid-South Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation by Super Lawyers.
Ms. Pesek graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2009 where she served as Articles Editor of the Arkansas Law Review and was the recipient of the Charles Thomas Pearson Ethics Scholarship. She graduated cum laude from Trinity University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish.
Ms. Pesek was licensed to practice in Arkansas in 2009 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 2010.
