Robbi Riggs Rosenbaum
Robbi Riggs Rosenbaum maintains a transactional practice, primarily focusing on real estate law, taxation and tax planning, entity formation, and estate planning.
Ms. Rosenbaum attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law on a full-tuition academic scholarship, where she received her J.D., summa cum laude, and earned nine top papers. While in law school, she completed the Uniform Certified Public Accounting Examination and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2019.
Raised in Conway, Arkansas, Ms. Rosenbaum obtained an M.A. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Hendrix College where she earned the highest honor in the graduate program, the Eloise W. Raymond Award. She also graduated summa cum laude from Lyon College with a B.S. in Accounting and Political Science, serving as Honor Council President and receiving the Charles H. Coffin Medal, the highest award conferred upon a Lyon College graduate.
In 2017, Ms. Rosenbaum became the first international intern for a major Arkansas corporation, transitioning all international contracts to a new revenue recognition standard while working from the corporation’s office in London, U.K.
Ms. Rosenbaum currently serves in the William H. Bowen School of Law Tax Clinic, representing low-income taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. She also serves on the Arkansas Bar Association’s Title Standards Committee, which reviews and publishes the Standards for Examination of Real Estate Titles in Arkansas.
