The Best Lawyers in America®

The Best Lawyers in America® bases its listings on a year-long survey of the legal profession in which attorneys nationwide rate the top practitioners in their specialties in their jurisdictions. The 2018 edition of Best Lawyers® includes 15 attorneys from Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC honored in 24 practice areas. In addition, the firm was top‑listed in a number of practice areas for Little Rock and the State of Arkansas.

Benchmark: America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys

The firm was recently recognized in the 2018 edition of Benchmark Litigation as one of only three “highly recommended firms” for litigation in Arkansas.  Steven W. Quattlebaum, John E. Tull III, E. B. (Chip) Chiles IV, and Michael N. Shannon were highlighted as Litigation Stars and Brandon B. Cate, Joseph R. Falasco, Chad W. Pekron, R. Ryan Younger, Vincent O. Chadick, and Amber M. They have the ability to staff cases with knowledgeable attorneys who are excellent in court and keenly aware of the cost pressures facing in house counsel.”  One client raved: “This is an outstanding firm.  Steve Quattlebaum is one of the finest trial lawyers in the country.  He has mastered the art and science of courtroom presentation – opening and closing statements, witness examinations, use of documents, and so on.  He and his team also have practical and client-focused strategic skills, brilliant legal analytical skills, and excellent written and oral presentation skills.”

Joseph R. Falasco, Michael B. Heister, Joseph W. Price II, and R. Ryan Younger were named to the 2017 Under 40 Hot List which is comprised of practitioners aged 40 or younger and deemed by peers and clients to be the most promising emerging talent in their respective litigation communities in the United States and Canada.

Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC was named Arkansas Firm of the Year by Benchmark Litigation in 2018, the sixth time the firm has received this honor.  The award selection is based upon peer review and research conducted by Benchmark’s research team.

Benchmark exclusively covers the litigation and disputes market in North America, covering the US, Canada and Mexico.  The original publication, Benchmark Litigation—the definitive guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys—is the only publication to focus exclusively on US litigation.  The guide’s results are the culmination of a six-month research period that allows researchers to conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients, examining recent case work handled by the firms, and asking sources to offer their professional opinions on litigators practicing within their state or national practice areas.  Litigation Stars reflect lawyers who were recommended consistently as reputable and effective litigators by clients and peers while Future Stars are litigators who were consistently referenced by peers and clients as litigators who are likely to become Litigation Stars in coming editions of the guide.
