Bio
Ann Carol Farmer’s practice focuses on commercial lending, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. She serves as counsel to financial institutions and borrowers on a variety of lending matters, including private lender financing arrangements. In real estate, Ms. Farmer regularly advises clients on commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, title matters, restrictive covenants, and easement agreements. She also works with clients on both equity and asset acquisitions and dispositions by advising on diligence matters and purchase agreement negotiations.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, she earned her J.D. and Business Law Certificate, magna cum laude. She was a member of the Business Law Society and served as a teaching and research assistant.
Prior to entering law school, Ms. Farmer earned her Master of Business Administration, and graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from the Sam M. Walton College of Business.
