Bio
Sarah Keith-Bolden has broad litigation experience across a variety of complex civil matters, including business tort, breach of contract, real estate and environmental, insurance coverage, products liability, and negligence claims. She represents clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal.
She represents employers in a wide range of employment-related matters, with particular experience enforcing restrictive covenants, including non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, and litigating claims involving the misappropriation of proprietary information. Her practice also includes defending against wage-and-hour claims and allegations of discrimination based on age, race, gender, disability, hostile work environment, and retaliation.
In addition to her litigation work, she regularly counsels individuals and businesses on day-to-day employment issues. Her advisory work includes reviewing and negotiating employment agreements; drafting and revising employee handbooks, workplace policies, and job descriptions; conducting internal investigations; and providing management training and compliance guidance.
She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Labor & Employment, featured in the Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America Guide and was named a Labor & Employment Star – South by Benchmark Litigation, and recognized as a Mid-South Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation by Super Lawyers. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Keith-Bolden served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Brown of the Arkansas Supreme Court.
