Bio
Jake James is a transactional attorney with Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC, where his practice focuses on real estate and commercial transactions. His experience includes advising clients on real estate contracts, commercial financing, and landlord–tenant matters, including assisting in eviction proceedings.
Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, Jake received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Jake clerked at Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull throughout his three years of law school and also worked with the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, helping Arkansans resolve various federal income tax issues.
Prior to law school, Jake earned his B.S. in Finance with a minor in Marketing from the University of Arkansas, where he was a member of the Sam M. Walton College of Business.
