Jeb Joyce Speaking on Issue 3 At Arkansas Bankers Association Conference

Jeb H. Joyce, joined by Gabe Holmstrom of Capitol + Main, will present an overview of Constitutional Amendment Issue 3 and its potential impact on communities across Arkansas. Jeb Joyce is a managing member with Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC, where he focuses his practice on a broad range of transactional matters, with a concentration in commercial real estate and commercial finance. He also advises clients on legislative matters, including the drafting of proposals presented to the Arkansas General Assembly, particularly in the areas of economic development and real estate.  Mr. Joyce has extensive experience in tax increment financing law and assisted in enacting Act 2231 during the Arkansas General Assembly 2005 Session, a substantial revision to Arkansas’s tax increment financing framework.  He was instrumental in forming one of the first tax increment financing districts in Arkansas. Jeb is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and will be inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys later this year.
