QGT Attorneys Volunteer With Entrepreneurial Law Project

Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC attorneys Jeb Joyce, Carter Wade, and MiKayla Jayroe recently volunteered with the Entrepreneurial Law Project (ELP), a collaboration between the University of Arkansas School of Law and the Office of Entrepreneurship & Innovation. ELP works to expand Arkansas entrepreneurs’ access to legal resources while educating and empowering the next generation of Arkansas attorneys.

The QGT attorneys participated in ELP’s Entrepreneurial Law Checkups, which offer early-stage entrepreneurs free, 30-minute consultations with pro bono business law attorneys. Entrepreneurs can seek guidance on a range of legal matters, including entity formation, contracts, employment, tax, and intellectual property. The checkups also provide an opportunity for participants to have business documents reviewed and receive a second opinion.

Jeb H. Joyce is a managing member of Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC whose practice encompasses a broad range of transactional matters, with an emphasis on commercial real estate and commercial finance.

Carter M. Wade is an associate whose practice focuses on real estate, commercial, and business transactions.

MiKayla B. Jayroe is an associate and concentrates her practice on business transactions, estate planning, and taxation.

All three attorneys are based in the firm’s Northwest Arkansas office.
